Corpn Bank to widen CGMY plan |

Corporation Bank will shortly double up the Corp Gram Mitra Yojana (CGMY) scheme that it instigated in Goa on a pilot basis, in several other States.
B. Sambamurthy, Chairman and Managing Director said the scheme had been received well and plans were underway to lengthen it to other States, including Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. Sambamurthy was here with regard to the commencement of bank’s Retail center.
While addressing the business appraisal conference of the subdivisions in the twin cities, Mr. Sambamurthy said the bank had been enforcing monetary inclusion programme all over the country to provide banking services at low-cost to the poor people living in rural areas.
